This service includes a full planning and production of your event. You may relax and let me do the hard work for you.
This package includes, but is not limited to the following
- Initial phone call about your requirements
- Development on initial plan and cost estimates
Walk through of the venue or house to execute a floor plan of the event
- Manage event venders
- Examine, negotiate, and finalize vender’s contracts
- Examine your plans and help finalize all event details and logistics for the big day on anything you may be forgetting
- Manage venders and setup at event site
- Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the eve Unlimited phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during event if needed
- Recommendations to our preferred venders that will compliment your specific style.
- Ensure payment of vender tip & balance
- Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
