On The Day Planning Package
This service ensures that all your plans come together exactly how you want them, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day.
Perfect for those who want to do all the planning themselves but don’t want all their hard work to go to waste! About 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding we meet to go through your wedding plans.
With the information provided to us, we will liaise with your suppliers, confirming details and dealing with any issues before the wedding.
This allows you and your family to relax and enjoy the final few weeks and most importantly allows you to enjoy every moment of your special day knowing that everything is being taken care of for you.
This package includes:
Confirm all of your suppliers pre-wedding and arrange the logistics on your behalf
- Communicate and running orders with each supplier so the wedding runs seamlessly
Visit your venue so you can guide us with your design wishes and ideas
- Create an Event Planning Document that details the logistics of your wedding day so everything proceeds perfectly
- Wedding Day Event Assistant
- Wedding Day Management (Includes overseeing the set-up of your venue and coordination of the entire day , including the ceremony, day and evening)
1 Meeting before your event (ideally at your venue) 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding day
